This is a newly created role that will focus on UK led global bids for one of the firms highly successful service lines and presents a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive the bid process from start to finish.

As a Bids Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring that all proposals are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.
You will work closely with global teams and collaborate with stakeholders across various countries.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bid process from end-to-end, including designing project plans, setting up meetings, and tracking milestones.
Operate the global Go/No-go process and communicate recommendations to local teams.
Advise senior stakeholders on best practice for the bid process.
Ensure the correct skill sets are leveraged to deliver maximum value and efficiency.
Drive delivery against the agreed project plan, ensuring all requirements are met.
Requirements: Proven experience in a bids team, ideally within a professional services environment.
Ability to manage the end-to-end bid process and converse comfortably with senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills.
A degree or relevant professional qualification is desired but not essential.
