Bid Manager

Job Title: Bid Manager (Security/Defence) Location: Remote (occasional office travel 1-2 times a month) Salary: Up to £60,000/£70,000 OTE Clearance: Eligible for SC Clearance F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest growing Cyber Security SME's in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major Public Sector organisations across the country.
After recently hiring a Head of Business Development, they looking to further expand their Sales team, are now looking for a Bid Manager with strong experience working within Cyber Security and/or Defence sectors.
Experience Required 2+ years in Bid Management, ideally in Cyber Security or Defence (preferably both!)
Strong grasp of Sales Cycles, Revenue Generation, and client-focused solutions Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple Bids Experience with Bid Management tools and CRM systems Knowledge of Compliance, Legal, and Risk considerations in Bids Familiarity with UK Defence procurement, especially MOD frameworks Strong Project Management, Organisation, and Communication skills Benefits Salary up to £60,000/£70,000 OTE Commission Scheme Pension Scheme Remote Working 25 days holiday plus UK Public Holidays & Birthday off Reserve Leave Supported Due to the nature of the end client, you will need to be eligible and willing to go Security Clearance (SC) to be considered for this opportunity.
Those that hold active SC Clearance will be at an advantage.
