BID ManagerHorsham 42k to 48k DOE We are looking for a motivated Bid Manager to lead and manage bids within our Clients Sales &; Marketing team.
This role is key to ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, winning bids for both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities of a BID Manager: Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids.Own the full bid process, ensuring compliance and due diligence.Collaborate on Win Strategy and develop strong customer-focused themes.Capture customer requirements and align bids with company strategy.Manage bid plans and schedules, leading cross-functional teams.Oversee proposal quality, editorial content, and copywriting.Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-contract.Contribute to ongoing improvement of bid processes. Skills &; Experience of a BID Manager: 2+ years of proven success in leading bids.Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.Experience with bids >£1M in value.Financially literate, excellent copywriting, and planning abilities.Ability to manage multiple bids under pressure.Results-driven, self-motivated, and organised.Excellent communicator and team player.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
