The Client & Market Development team has a pivotal role in delivering growth across the business.
Central to our growth plans is enhancing our work winning capabilities and ensuring we have the right resources to respond to pitch and bid opportunities.
This role will support the Client & Market Development Team with the coordination of responses to pitch and bid opportunities.
Based in London, the role will assist teams across our national offices and, given its nature, the candidate should be prepared to work flexibly around working hours when necessary and in response to client deadlines.

This role will support the Client & Market Development Team, working collaboratively with Partners across the firm, in coordinating the outputs of tender responses on behalf of Gerald Eve including: Ensuring that all tender notifications / requests are monitored and responded to in a timely fashion Ensuring that responses are of the highest quality and responded to in the most efficient way, on brand and in line with Gerald Eve standards Prioritising outputs aligned to strategic business priorities and areas of focus Engaging with key stakeholders within the business, adding value to tender responses, managing expectations and ensuring that processes are as streamlined as possible Maintenance of Gerald Eve's presence on all relevant tender portals Populating short responses to standard bid questions using standard material held within the WBB Portal Logging all opportunities on our internal tracker system and so that management reports can be generated using our bespoke PowerBI dashboard Liaising with other teams across Business Services to ensure standard response information is kept up to date and shared on the WBB Portal Continuously evolving the outputs of the function, whether through content or processes to deliver the highest possible service to internal and external stakeholders Supporting the wider Client & Market Development Team on key integration projects with Newmark Our hybrid working policy outlines staff to be in the office for 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
We also offer great flexibility around our core hours, which are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. You can choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g.
8.00 am – 4.30pm, 10.00 am – 6.30 pm).
There is no requirement for this to be the same each day.
