As a Bid Designer, you'll play a pivotal role within our sales and retention team, crafting visually stunning tender responses and proposals tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Your creative flair will shine through in high-impact documents, presentations, and infographics that drive our business forward.
You'll be integral to the bid process, transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that captivate and persuade.
The Bid Designer will be responsible for: Collaborating with Proposal Managers and Bid Writers to create impactful bid documents that tell a visual story.
Designing on-trend, highly visual content for bid documents, presentations, and infographics.
Developing mood boards, presentation material, and design briefs through thorough research and information gathering.
Working under tight deadlines, delivering standout documents with high visual impact.
As Bid Designer you will have: A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and innovative graphic design.
Proven experience presenting to senior business members.
Up-to-date with emerging design trends and passionate about inspiring clients through creative design.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with interactive PDFs and InDesign ePublish documents.
Strong design management and people management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and video editing software (desirable).
Experience with digital photography is a plus.
The Successful Bid Designer will have experience using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Excel in designing longer documents and producing creative concepts from inception to final production.
Possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in typesetting and amendments.
Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
