Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive bid coordinator to assist with the development and execution of the company's new business strategy.
The ideal person will be a confident writer with strong graphic design skills, with substantial industry experience as a bid co-ordinator or a senior bid administrator.
You will be joining a passionate and creative team who are responsible for embedding our culture and values into everything that we do – whilst delivering high scoring, effective and compliant bids; we might be biased, but we love it.

Reporting to the Bid Manager, the role will support a busy, central bid team, ensuring the highest quality of visual and written bids.
Key Responsibilities: Assist and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of prequalification questionnaires, tenders/requests for proposal, fee proposals and interview presentation material, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Take ownership of all incoming enquiries and notices and support with client interface and client communications.
Assist with the writing, editing and reviewing of bid responses.
Ensure timely management if all tender activities.
Obtain feedback from all clients relating successful and unsuccessful outcomes.
Support the continuing development of all bid collateral, including CVs and Case Studies, boilerplate responses.
Co-ordinating responses to practice-wide corporate accreditations and supplier registrations.
Key Skills Required: Strong attention to detail.
Proactive, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use graphics effectively to articulate key messages.
Proof-reading and editing skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 & Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
