About the Role As the BI Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Leading a team of BI specialists, you'll oversee the development and maintenance of real-time dashboards that provide insights into operational performance and delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who excels at working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact for all BI-related matters.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of BI professionals, ensuring delivery of accurate and actionable insights.
Own and enhance the BI reporting functions, using advanced dashboards and real-time data visualization to support operational goals.
Act as the primary BI expert within the organization, collaborating with various teams to ensure data is effectively leveraged for business outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI preferred).
Strong understanding of data insights and analytics within a business setting.
Previous line management experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
