If you're passionate about BI and eager to make a meaningful impact by shaping data strategies in a scaling organization, this could be the perfect next step in your career.THE ROLEAs the BI Lead, you'll head up a small team focused on delivering top-tier reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and SQL.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting frameworks for both new and existing clients.
Acting as the central BI authority, you'll support all data-related needs across the business and work closely with a range of stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical requirements and strategic goals.
This role calls for a professional who is adept at making data accessible, actionable, and valuable for both technical and non-technical users.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the BI team in providing accurate, insightful, and timely reporting solutions.Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.Maintain and improve data models and SQL queries, ensuring data quality and accuracy.Serve as the go-to BI expert, providing guidance and support to other departments and helping to develop the organization's overall BI strategy.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProven experience in business intelligence and analytics, with strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL.Leadership experience is preferred, though not essential-ideal for someone ready to step up into a leadership role.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders.A proactive, problem-solving approach to BI, with a keen interest in driving improvement and efficiency.BENEFITSCompetitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, depending on experience.Fully remote working within the UK, offering flexibility and work-life balance.HOW TO APPLYTo express interest in this role, please send your CV to Daniel Abbasi at Harnham using the Apply link on this page.
