Job Description The BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions.
This role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet business requirements Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
Optimise Power BI solutions for performance, ensuring quick load times and efficient data processing.
Develop and maintain data models, integrate data from various sources, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with the BI Manager to deliver on set objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business Qualifications 1+ / 2+ years experience in an analytical/developer focused role.
Experience working with any of the following: Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Looker.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Stakeholder Management.
Experience with BI Best Practices (Preferable).
Financial Services experience (Preferable).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and query performance tuning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt quickly to project and priority changes.
Highly responsive and adaptable team player.
