Maintenance Engineer | Continental Shifts | 47.A fantastic and highly successful manufacturer based in Grimsby are now seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their busy engineering team.

This role is a 2-day / 2 nights shift pattern (12-hour shifts).

Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the successful applicant will be responsible for attending breakdowns promptly and ensuring work orders and planned maintenance activities are completed.
This role plays a key part in the operational team ensuring optimum production asset availability.
Ensure that performance of the plant is maintained at agreed levels – an aim of 100%.
Checks include start-up, line set (safety, operations, technical and engineering), routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's schedules, complete relevant documentation.
Support production, with ideas and initiatives to optimise line efficiency
To be a role model for the operators in assisting and driving the agreed standards by shift and site managers
The successful Engineer must have a relevant Engineering qualification coupled with experience working in an FMCG environment.
You will be experienced in PLC fault-finding along with a strong health and safety background.
