Benefits Operations Manager

BioTalent has teamed up with a global pharmaceutical leader who focus on developing innovative treatments for serious and life-threatening conditions, on their search for a Benefits Operations Manager.
You will play a critical role in supporting employees and managers by delivering top-tier HR service whilst also acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Benefits, partnering closely with the Rewards team to manage benefits administration across multiple regions.
This is a Remote position, however you must be based in the United Kingdom .
You will be responsible for: Provide accurate HR information and resolve employee issues with professionalism Maintain a strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and the HR platform to assist employees efficiently Track and manage employee requests, ensuring service level agreements are met Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement projects Manage and drive efficient benefits administration, ensuring contracts, payments, and reconciliations are accurate Partner with HRIS and Rewards to improve technology solutions and implement new benefits programs Provide expert knowledge on regional benefits practices, resolving complex issues and delivering seamless support You will bring the following: Previous experience in HR Benefits operations within Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Medical Devices Solid understanding of Benefits & Rewards on an international scale Proficiency with HR tools like Workday, and/or various HRIS
