Benefits Analyst

Job Title: Benefits Analyst Salary: £45,000pa Location: Remote, United Kingdom JGA are partnered with a rapidly expanding and exciting financial services group seeking a Benefits Analyst with excellent HRIS experience.
Skills/Experience required: Experience of benefits analysis and administration.
Dealing with brokers and insurance providers.
Experience of M&A and transition of Benefits advantageous but not essential.
Supporting on some HR administration.
Some experience of LMS systems advantageous but not essential.
Able to demonstrate good communication skills with senior stakeholders.
