\n We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of experienced Behavioural Mentors in schools across Leicester.
\n What you'll do: * Provide individual and group support to children and young people experiencing behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
* Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach to supporting students.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on social skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
* Support students with academic difficulties by developing strategies for improved focus and concentration.
\n What you'll need: * Proven experience working with children and young people in an educational or youth work setting.
* Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma in Youth Work, or a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive and supportive approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS check.
