We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to work 1:1 with a child with autism, providing personalized support tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
Key Responsibilities: Provide consistent, structured support to encourage the child's engagement and progress in the classroom.
Implement strategies that foster positive behaviours and support the child's emotional and social development.
Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt resources and activities for optimal learning.
About You: Previous experience in autism support or behavioural intervention is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to nurturing a positive learning environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and the child's family.
