Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and their families.
A background in toddler care or experience in early childhood education is beneficial.
Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and strategies for effective support is preferred.
Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
