We're seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work across specialist provisions in Barnet, providing essential support to help students thrive.
Behaviour Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
Apply effective behaviour management techniques to encourage positive student behaviour and outcomes.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and safe environment.
Build meaningful connections with students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
Behaviour Support Assistant - The Ideal Candidate: Has experience working with teenagers who may present challenging behaviour.
Is resilient, adaptable, and approaches each students needs with patience and understanding.
Can remain composed and positive in difficult situations, serving as a role model for students.
Is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and committed to their overall well-being.
