Behaviour Support Assistant Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start Date: ASAP, Full-Time Salary: £83.33 - £90.00 per day Job Description GSL Education is seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for supporting young people who face academic, behavioural, social, and emotional challenges.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work 1:1 or with small groups of students in inclusion units, Alternative Provisions, or within the SEN department of a Secondary School in Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities: Support the school in its mission, aligning with its aims and ethos.
Assist children participating in activity groups, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Help implement 1:1 behavioural intervention programs for students with Autism, developmental delays, or other Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Observe, engage with, and document student behaviour.
Follow lesson plans and lead assigned activities.
Maintain a high standard of educational support.
Conduct yourself professionally at all times.
