Behaviour Support 1-to-1 Location: Bridgend CF35 Pay: From £12.90 per hour / £83.85 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM We are partnering with a local behavioural support provision to recruit sports and psychology graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in an educational setting.
This role is ideal for those with a passion for helping young people develop academically, socially, and personally.
As a positive role model, you'll play a vital part in shaping pupils' attitudes toward learning and self-growth.
The school actively integrates sports into free time and lessons to help students build focus and confidence.
While the school has limited on-site sports facilities, you'll need to be reliable and confident leading off-site activities to promote independence and engagement within the local community.
What You'll Need: A background in sports or psychology.
Additional courses or training in behaviour (advantageous but not essential).
An Enhanced DBS (we can assist with your application).
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
