Location: Bromley, London Rate: £100+ per day (dependent on experience) Type: Full Time, Long Term Are you committed to making a positive impact on students' lives?
Do you have experience in managing and supporting student behaviour in a secondary school setting?
We are a renowned education agency representing a leading secondary school in Bromley, London, and we are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team.
If you have the skills to foster positive behaviours and create a supportive learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Implement and uphold the school's behaviour management policies.
Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behaviours.
Provide one-to-one and small group mentorship to encourage positive social and emotional development.
Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to develop tailored behaviour improvement plans.
Contribute to the creation of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
Maintain accurate records of behaviour incidents and interventions using the school MIS.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behaviour.
Familiarity with the UK educational system is advantageous.

You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.This post is not exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
