Behaviour Mentor Position Location: Hillingdon  Start Date: Immediate  Job Type: Full-time, Long-term (2024/2025 Academic Year) Key Responsibilities: Create a safe and engaging environment to facilitate positive behaviour.
Develop positive relationships to enhance students' confidence and self-esteem.
Assist the classroom teacher with behavioral management strategies.
Provide 1:1 support and guidance to students in small groups.

Requirements: Recent experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or additional needs.
Ready to start immediately as a Behaviour Mentor.
