Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for the reviewing and processing of day to day co-ordination of requests for CAMHS, Adult Eating Disorders and Secure inpatient admissions.The Patient Flow Bed Management Team will be responsible for managing bed resources across the East of England (EoE) provider collaborative.Provide clinical advice to all referrers from across the EoE collaborative regarding admission processes.To receive referrals from EoE clinicians requesting hospital admissions, to negotiate appropriate placement taking into account service user presentation organisational policy and organisation resources.
To take clinical responsibility for bed allocation decisions.Car driver essential, or access to a car (unless you have a disability as defined by the Disability Discrimination Act ).
As part of the selection process you will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring check.
