Michelle Denham is Lost Shore's Wellness offering devised, designed and managed by our Senior Beauty Therapist.
It will comprise of a treatment room where we specialise in providing truly exceptional treatments, tailored to your individual body and skin needs.
Michelle Denham is an established industry known professional with well over a decade's experience, she has run and developed two award winning spas most notably, Fletchers Cottage Spa which has been voted one of the best spa breaks in the UK by Vogue magazine.

The Role: Beauty Therapist As a key member of our team, the Beauty Therapist will provide exceptional massages and relaxing treatments to our resort visitors.
In this role, you will ensure that each guest receives the highest quality of service and care.
Your expertise and dedication will help our visitors experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, contributing to an unforgettable stay at our resort.
What you will be doing: Carrying out a range of Spa treatments to an extremely high standard including massage, facials hand and feet treatments.
(training will be provided) Acting as a role model for other therapists Optimising client interaction to upsell treatments and retail Assisting with managing the day when required Achieving retail targets consistently Cultivating a community of clients who eagerly return for rejuvenating experiences Ensuring work environments are spotless, clean and organised Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Resort Director to aid the smooth running of the Wellness space Qualifications, Skills and Experience Qualified to SVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent Previous Spa Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective communication with clients and team members Confident in using a computer booking system Experience in diary management and scheduling Innate passion to develop and grow as a therapist To enjoy working in a team Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Confident and self motivated to work solo on occasions Additional Information: As a Beauty Therapist, you'll need to be flexible with your schedule.
Our resort operates seven days a week, and early morning, late evening and weekend work will be required.
Your commitment to ensuring the resort's smooth operation during peak times is essential.
