Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa/ Salon Manager at The Cove Spa in Beaconsfield.
The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
They will also handle hiring, training, and development of salon team members, as well as supporting the ambitions of the business owners in further growth and development of the business.
Qualifications - Beauty and Skincare expertise - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Hiring and Training staff - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of salon management software is a plus - Previous experience in the beauty or wellness industry - Diploma or certification in Beauty or related field
