Job Title: Business Development Manager (Corporate)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Job Overview: An experienced Business Development Manager is sought to join the corporate team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of corporate services, which include corporate transactions, employment, commercial/tech, and commercial dispute resolution.
This role is central to the ambitious growth strategy and will involve working closely with various departments to deliver a comprehensive and compelling offering for mid-market businesses, predominantly based in London and the South.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the business development strategy for the corporate group.
Collaborate with the BD&M team and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and recommend new products or services.
Monitor and report on the progress of the strategy to ensure effective delivery.
Lead Generation: Identify prospects, develop pursuit plans, and track progress through BD meetings and pipeline management.
Develop and leverage relationships with intermediaries and key influencers in the sector.
Manage all aspects of the tender process, from initial qualification to presentation rehearsals and debriefs.
Client Relationship Management: Develop account plans for key clients and intermediaries to drive growth.
Work closely with partners to implement and monitor key account initiatives.
Conduct client relationship reviews and feed outcomes back into account plans.
Profile Raising: Develop and implement multi-channel thought leadership campaigns targeting key audiences.
Ensure effective use of all communication channels, including website, email marketing, media/PR, events, and sponsorships.
Support the business in preparing directory and award submissions.
Qualifications and Experience: Experience at Senior Executive or Manager level in a Business Development role within a professional services environment, with operational responsibility for business development activities.
Proven experience in delivering multi-channel, lead-generating marketing campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
Project management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferably a graduate with a marketing or business studies qualification, such as the CIM postgraduate diploma or equivalent.
