Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies for the asset finance practice and transportation sector.
Lead the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and credentials statements for asset finance opportunities.
Manage strategic client relationships and coordinate client targeting efforts.
Conduct client listening programs and assimilate feedback into actionable reports.
Coordinate client-facing events, both face-to-face and virtual.
Oversee the maintenance of market and client intelligence to inform partners and associates.
Develop and execute integrated business development campaigns.
Manage business development budgets for the asset finance and transportation groups.
Requirements: Experience in professional services marketing and business development.
Strong understanding of the asset finance practice and transportation sector, or a willingness to develop such understanding.
CRM experience and client focus with the ability to cultivate direct client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a team player.
