Bd Director Cdmo, Up To £85K Base, £7K Car, £200K Ote, Uncapped

Our client is a mid-sized, privately owned, UK based CDMO serving clients in the UK & Europe which is creating this new role due to continued expansion and future growth plans.Reporting to the Chief Business Officer in a small team of new business developers the role will be instrumental in the Board's strategic plan to double revenues to £100m in the next 5 years.
The role: Targeting and winning new business in the UK – a 100% hunter role A full sales cycle role developing leads and utilising your network in Pharma & Biotech Attending trade conferences, such as CPHI, with travel to client sites as necessary The candidate: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Engineering or Business subject At least 5 years' experience selling contract manufacturing services into Pharma & Biotech A demonstrable, consistent and successful track record of new business wins Hunter mentality, goal oriented, a natural business developer The base salary for this role is up to £85,000 plus £7,000 car plus 2% commission in year 1 and 1.5% in year 2, uncapped, generating an OTE of over £200,000.
