Your Mission: As the Battery Applications Engineer you will be apply your knowledge of Battery Simulation & Modelling to provide solutions to a rapidly growing client base.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support to customers using battery testing and modelling software.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and integration of our tools into customers' existing processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with the development team to resolve bugs and improve product performance.
Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to provide feedback from customers for product enhancement and development.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in battery technology, modelling, and energy storage to provide insightful support and recommendations to customers.
Who You Are: Expertise in MATLAB and Simulink for battery modelling.
Proven experience in customer support or customer success roles.
Ability to create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation.
Strong enthusiasm for battery technology and sustainability, aligning with the company's mission and values.
