Barista Hourly Rate: £11.50 Location: Lisburn & Newtownards Job Type: Casual/Part time We are looking for a fast, enthusiastic Barista who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about coffee and customer service, ready to handle the bustling atmosphere of a busy café.
Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and serve specialty coffees and other beverages.
Serve breakfast, snacks, and lunch items to customers.
Handle food packaging and labelling with precision.
Operate the till and manage transactions efficiently.
Check, rotate, and store deliveries following proper procedures.
Assist kitchen staff with the preparation of catering orders.
Perform cleaning duties according to the scheduled plan to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a café, takeaway, or deli.
Barista training and proven ability to make specialty coffee.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
