This includes patients who require specialist mental health support while receiving care in the acute general hospital environment.These posts are fixed term and for 6 months, and are an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop and progress their management skills.
The posts are advertised as full time, but we are happy to consider applicants who would like part time hours.
·Demonstrate politeness, courtesy and sensitivity in providing compassionate care for patients, visitors/relatives and colleagues.
Contribute towards sharing good practice within the team and multidisciplinary team.
Promote a positive image of the Trust all times.
Work cohesively with all members of the multidisciplinary team and promote effective liaison with the team in ensuring that the very best services to patients are provided at all times.
Communicate effectively, motivating and supporting multidisciplinary team members in situations they may be sensitive and complex in nature, always maintaining patient confidentiality.
To be able to communicate effectively and compassionately patients, their families and carers.
