As a Barback at Australasia, you will support bartenders by maintaining accurate bar stock, preparation and glassware levels throughout the shift.
You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bar areas and champion our service criteria to ensure all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality products.
You will report directly to the Head Bartender and support their duties by organising bar stock in preparation for weekly stock take.
