The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for Lunch and Dinner as well as special events.
Due to growth and internal promotion, they are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with excellent customer service to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Mixologist or Bar Supervisor for at least 1 year in a restaurant environment.
A bar supervisor is in charge of overseeing the daily operations of a bar , ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
Upholding high hygiene standards
Hiring and training staff
Maintain inventory and stock
Making all cocktails for the bar and restaurant
One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
Computer and POS proficiency
