Seaton House, in partnership with the renowned Ondine, Edinburghby Roy Brett, is set to redefine dining in St Andrews with our upcoming 5-star luxury hotel, opening in February 2025.We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager with experience in managing an extensivewhisky list as well as collaborating on a wine list.
