Bar Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager wanted for a fine dining restaurant based in Harpenden.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work in an Estrella Michelin guide restaurant.
The restaurant is open 5 days per week with the bar open 7 days a week.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail Understanding of bar operations including inventory management and cost control Cocktail or Mixologist experience is an advantage If you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality.
