The role: At our hotel, we're looking for a team who are passionate about The Lake District, local food and drink producers, and are eager to be a part of this incredible way of life.
As a member of our team, you'll work alongside others who prioritise our guests and support each other.
We seek dynamic individuals who value positive lifestyle choices and excel as food and beverage all-rounders.
From crafting exquisite coffee for early risers to mixing cocktails, you'll take pride in every aspect of your role as a waiter, barista, or mixologist.

What your days could look like: Welcome guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner Work in all areas of the restaurant Prepare hot and cold drinks Continually build upon company and product knowledge and give input on how we could develop and improve Take part in team tasting sessions to give you an authentic understanding of our menus for answering guest questions and boosting team creativity and rapport Keep the area you're responsible for clean, tidy and organised Take care of guests' billing Give new team members a helping hand, and support their training and development Work together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team Job skills & requirements: Barista, waiting or bar experience – or time working in other people-facing roles in retail or leisure.
But it's also about personality fit and attitude, so we're happy to offer full training for the right candidates who may have less experience.
