Banqueting Sous Chef

Details of the offer

We are recruiting for a Banqueting Sous Chef to join a prestigious venue in central London.Catering for events up to around 300 - 400 covers, you will work with the Executive Chef in leading the team.You should be an experienced sous chef from a 5* hotel background or events company, a strong team player and a good mentor.40 hour per week contract with all overtime paid.
