Banking Senior Solicitor/Associate – Edinburgh/Glasgow/Aberdeen

This growing commercial firm is recruiting a qualified solicitor at the 3-6 years' PQE level to join its Banking team based in either Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen.
The team's expertise focusses mainly on providing advice to both borrowers and funders on national and international transactions.
Duties will include but are not limited to:Drafting, negotiating, and revising relating corporate funding documentsReviewing drafting and advising on all forms of security documentsAssisting on referral workProviding general banking advice to borrowers and fundersInterested candidates should have experience in banking law, have strong knowledge of financial services and should be able to manage a varied workload.
