Our customer, a UK based bank is looking to hire several banking layers, ranging from junior (2+ yrs) level to senior (8+ yrs).
Ideally you will have gained your experience with a bank and/or in house experience in the financial services industry.

Role description: 1.
Experience managing large scale banking transactions and looking at structured products.
(exposure to LMAs would be beneficial) 2. reviewing and negotiating transaction-based documentation (following the customer policy, guidance notes and playbooks provided by Legal) in relation to documents such as non-disclosure agreements, release and reliance letters and legal opinions; 3. collaborating with first line business teams on transactional Q&A in relation to debt finance transactions drafted on Loan Market Association basis supported by the customers minimum standards for lending and relevant escalations guidance; and 4.
(Senior role only) work allocation, management of workload with junior colleagues and development of the future staffing structure with current Structured Finance and Real Estate Legal team members.
As the staffing structure develops, it is anticipated that there will be further people management responsibilities for junior members of staff.
Professional Qualifications: At least 2 years post qualification experience with in house experience in the Financial Services industry.
Licensed solicitor in UK.
