The Role Ranked by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will work as part of this renowned and quickly growing Glasgow Banking and Finance team alongside an expert team of colleagues.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full gamut of banking work, including corporate banking, real estate finance, restructuring, refinancing, acquisition finance and project finance.
Specific tasks will include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent processes, inter-creditor arrangements, and any issues which arise relating to banking transactions.
Clients include some of the most highly regarded investors and financial institutions, banks and lenders in the country.

The Ideal Candidate Banking & Finance Solicitor NQ-3PQE Experience liaising with stakeholders including borrowers, lenders and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
