Banking Associate – Edinburgh

This international law firm is currently seeking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Banking Team in Edinburgh.
The team handles a diverse range of practice areas, including leveraged and acquisition finance, TMT finance, corporate lending, and funds finance.You will work on lending transactions across various sectors and product areas, including the firm's fintech work.
This involves investments in fintech companies and advising on emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and digital assets, serving investors, industry leaders, regulators, and governments.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of PQE with a background in banking and an interest in exploring a diverse range of work, with the option to specialise if desired.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative firm on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
