Our home offers specialist nursing and dementia support for 24 adults, with 24-hour input from registered nurses.
We can also offer end of life/palliative care and respite services.
Our home offers a specialised Dementia Plus service, which supports people who have dementia who may have complex support needs.

Job Advert Role Description Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous nursing experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
