Job Introduction Bank Practice Nurse - attractive remuneration package!
We have opportunities for Practice Nurses to join England's leading Primary Care Provider's Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across London with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
Main Responsibilities Key duties will include: The postholder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations essential.
They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.

What you will need to be considered: UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
