We are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic individuals for Bank Driver / Porter positions within the Living Well and Vaccination Department in Chester.
The main purpose of this role is to drive one of our New Fleet of Living Well Buses.

You must be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
Have good communication skills as you will be required to work with other staff members as well as the general public.

It is essential that you hold a current driving licence.
You may be required to work in other locations within the Trust, and therefore your own transport is desirable.

CWP has adopted the Living Wage.
Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.

Responsibilities: To be responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety issues are reported to the Operations Manager.
To be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out to an agreed standard and that personal conduct is of the highest standard whilst on and off the Trust premises.
To be responsible for reporting all untoward incidents to the Operations Manager.
To report via the Manager any defects such as lights and vehicle not working etc.
To attend all mandatory training and any other training as designated by their line manager.
To ensure that all emergency exits are kept free from obstructions and that external doors are secured as required.
To be able to plan own time in regard to transport.
To be responsible for carrying out basic vehicle checks as per Trust Transport Policy.
To ensure safety for passengers by ensuring seat belts are fastened.
To be able to plan routes for transport.
