Job description Job responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES To perform deep clean duties in all parts of the Trust as required.
The post holder will be required to carry the emergency pager and independently respond to this pager when it is operated.
The post holder covers sickness and holidays of staff and attends site at weekends and nights as required.
To carry out regular cleaning of air conditioning vents and grills To work without supervision on minor works.
Ability to carry out priority work requirements on essential patient equipment used in patient care package and having a direct impact to the whole patient experience , patient toilets/wash facilities.
Must be able to communicate with a range of staff and clients on at all levels.
Ability to prioritise changing workloads and to act pro-actively to address work requests in conjunction with Mechanical Supervisor/Estates Officer.
Ability to understand and comment on maintenance policies.
Maintain and repair health service property and equipment.
