This modern setting provides a comfortable, uplifting environment supported by advanced care planning and nurse-call technology.At Ribble Court, we offer specialized, complex nursing and residential dementia care across dedicated floors, providing person-centered care tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.As a Bank Night Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:Undertaking all required training to enhance your skillsSupporting residents with nighttime personal care, including bathing, toileting, and dressing assistanceConducting regular checks on residents to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the nightAssisting residents with repositioning to maintain comfort and prevent pressure soresDocumenting care activities and reporting any health concerns or incidentsAdministering medication where required, following proper procedures and trainingProviding companionship, emotional support, and reassurance during the nightPreparing residents for the day, including morning hygiene routinesWorking closely with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residentsSandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
