Mental Health Crisis Services Practitioner (Bank) Hourly rate from £11.44 plus holiday pay Based in Hull 97% of our workforce say they are proud to work for us.  If you have the skills, experience and commitment to help people improve their mental health and wellbeing we'd love to welcome you to our team.
The focus of these roles are to provide face-to-face and telephone support to both individuals and professionals.
You should have the ability to respond quickly to different situations, be confident, compassionate and have a good level of resilience.
You will need to be able to commit to work at least one shift per month and have a genuine willingness to undertake, and engage in, appropriate training.    Various shifts are offered for these roles, but we are particularly interested in hearing from night workers.
These roles are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
For the right people bank work can lead to contracted employment.
