In addition we cater and provide hospitality for meetings and functions.
Your duties include the preparation, cooking and service of meals including any preparation of therapeutic diets when required.
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring of data for HACCP and the Environmental Health.
All preferred candidates must attend a Corporate Induction program before commencement of employment; thereafter an ongoing program of Mandatory & Statutory training.For further information on the role please click the link below to view the job descriptionKnowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:You willHave experience in large scale catering preferably within an NHS environmentHold City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or an S/NVQ qualification along with a Food Hygiene Certificate.Have the ability to work off your own initiative as well as work as part of a larger team.Have good communication skills which are essential.Maintain a high standard of hygiene, recording and monitoring of data for HACCP and the Environmental Health.
