Job summary We are seeking experienced Band 5 Community Nurses to work on a temporary, as-needed basis, supporting our team, department, and organization in achieving the Trust's mission of "best care by the best people.
"Applicants should have recent experience in community nursing and be reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with the ability to integrate quickly and work effectively as part of the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Ability to travel effectively and efficiently throughout all localities and surrounding areas is integral to the post.Applicants must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car for work purposes.

Provide nursing care to patients as delegated by the Senior Nurse.
