Along with our staff networks and training opportunities, we work hard to embed a just and compassionate culture here at NELFT.Find out more about NELFT careers and what makes our Trust a great place to work, in this video Job overview We are looking for Health Care Assistants to work in the Community on a temporary basis, as and when required who will support the team, department and organisation to achieve the Trust's mission of "Best care by the best people".You will support the clinical team in the provision of patient nursing and rehabilitation care by working alongside qualified nursing and therapy staff and will therefore be able to work as part of a team, participate in the implementation of care and rehabilitation programmes to ensure patients regain confidence in maintaining activities of daily living.Please ensure you meet the person specifications and have the relevant qualifications required for the role.The successful applicant must be flexible, Car driver, a good team worker, used to working under pressure, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, carers and other members of the MDTPlease note that you must have an NHS care certificate in order to be considered for this position.This vacancy will be closed as soon as a suitable number of applicants have been received; therefore please apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
