Bank Chef

Role: Bank Chef, Pay: negotiable / hours flexible Location: Worcester/Birmingham We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of and can insure that systems are in place so that all staff are aware and can work in accordance with legislation and Company policies pertaining to Health and Safety, COSHH and infection control; To assist the Catering Manager with ensuring that all equipment used in the department is in good working order and is used appropriately.
To assist the Catering Manger to ensure stock levels are maintained and that re-ordering of equipment and stores are in line with company policy and within department budget Good communication and interpersonal skills Someone who in the absence of the Catering Manager can plan and organise workload and staff skill mix availability to accommodate all department through put and provide adequate cover in order to provide an efficient service.
