Our experienced Care Home Manager, Tracey, has been with us for over 10 years and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere for both residents and staff.We are currently seeking Bank Care Practitioners to help provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.
You'll be contributing to a nurturing environment where each resident can thrive, staying as active and independent as possible while receiving the care they need.As a Bank Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activitiesProviding emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of lifeTailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched livesMaintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the homeCollaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently metSandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
